2012 Season Event Fees

Membership Fee

The Annual Membership fee is $40. The Membership year is from May 1st, 2012 to May 1st, 2013. All Memberships expire on May 1st, 2013 regardless of when purchased. Membership may be paid in installments if special arrangements are made with the treasurer.

Event Fees for Existing Members

There are two types of event fees - Player fees and Cast fees. Members are encouraged to make all possible attempts to pay their event fees prior to the event. Please speak to the treasurer to make arrangements if you are unable to pay your event fee prior to the the event.

Please Note: Cast must be approved by the Artistic Director/Event Director prior to the event. There are two casting packages. With Package A cast receive 6xp which can be doubled out; 12 creeps, 1 Grab Bag Token plus an additional 3 XP that cannot be doubled out. With Package B cast recive 3xp that cannot be doubled out and 6 creeps.

Members with outstanding debts to the club will not be permitted to play at events until their debts are paid in full.



Event Fees for New Players

New players must only pay for a temporary membership in order to try the game. After their first event, they must pay the balance of the Annual Membership Fee and they then pay event fees as an existing member.

Note: New players can not cast at their first event.

Costume and Weapon Rental
New players can rent a basic costume and a weapon from the cast. If possible, arrangements should be made in advance to ensure a suitable weapon is avalible

Non-Members pay more for events then members. The difference can be applied to an annual membership if you consult the treasurer. The total fees per game are:
